Below horrible service and food. Screwed up our order and girl at the window called some foul blonde over. She had a nasty attitude demanded to see the receipt. When a member in my party asked why she was like I wanna see something. Well guy taking order screwed up when we placed the order. From what I read this is common place to screw up orders. We had to wait for the rest of the order. Guess what food sucked. Cold and sloppy and this was the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. So the 1 star is because u can’t go lower.

The best thing about McD’s is the free wi-fi, certainly not the pink slime burgers or greasy fries. UPDATE: still getting orders wrong and serving drippy cups of Coke

Typical McDonalds food. The staff is friendly and courteous. However, DONOT use the drive thru. Based on my experience you have about a 1 in 12 chance of getting the correct order. Missing items, incorrect items, pick a mistake and the drive thru crew will find it and use it. My last(and I do mean LAST) time they actually made 2 errors on my order, including mixing the sweet tea and unsweet tea in the same dispenser so it became impossible to get either one. Yes, they do replace items/correct mistakes without question, but 3 trips through the drive thru to get your order correct pretty much defeats the purpose of having a drive thru.

It is rare that I would spend the time to review a McDonalds, but this location actually impressed me. On occasion I have to take a trip up to East Texas for work to visit a few customers. This trip, I had a craving for an Egg McMuffin, so I decided to stop at the location in Livingston Texas off of Hwy 59. This could be one of the cleanest and most updated McDonalds I have ever visited. I was also very pleased with the service — quick and the lady who took my order was very friendly. Even if this is just a McDonalds — it deserves the acknowledgement!
