I would give 0 if I could. Sloppy job. I have never complained at a place but they didn’t even fully take off my own nailpolish. Then there were specs in my nailpolish due to the buffing tool. They tried to say that was part of the polish and suggesting a darker color. They then proceeded to paint over my gel manicure with a slightly darker beige. I literally asked if I could leave. They gave me a «free manicure» but I was so disappointed because I had a black tie event that night and I think a three year old would’ve put more effort into my manicure.
