I have to say that while the time was extensive, the employees in the Sprint Center went above and beyond my expectations in order to get my business. From traveling to the Porter store to pick up 2 phones to spending as much time as needed to transfer everything from my old phone. Shernika, James and Victor as super people and excellent in customer service. I may actually stay in touch with Shernika as she has become someone I would consider a friend. They made switching to Sprint as easy as they possible could.
