It takes 3 minutes to answer the phone, & when they do answer it takes 5 minutes for them to find a pen to write down an item#, & when they have the item# it takes another 15min+ to search for the product. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! I’m still on hold …

It’s just ok.
It’s a little scattered, disorganized and disheveled. This applies to both the cleanliness and organization of the store as well as the workers themselves.
The store is stocked well enough, and you’ll usually find the toy you’re seeking, with the occasional exception of something that may be in high demand-​though that’s true anywhere.
The parking is ample. It’s pretty easily accessible from Route 10.

This place is a clusterf*ck. Sadly, I have to shop here often with four nieces and nephews and a toddler of my own. No one here knows how to do anything. You always have to get a manager who is so busy fixing problems and other employees’ screw ups it takes forever to help you. The manager DJ, though is very nice and tries his best. The upside to the store is that it’s the mecca for kids toys and they price match. It’s usually in an orderly fashion but not always fully stocked. While it’s not my favorite TRU, given its proximity (and my store credit card), I’ll still be shopping here.

Came in here to buy a birthday gift for a party. Its easily accessible from the highway and visible too. Fairly good sized parking lot so you always get a spot. Inside was clean and organized, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a good and quick visit and I was happy that I got what I needed quickly.

Just so you know I’m a TRU kid for real, but this store has the chance to be amazing, but just falls short. sometimes when I go in I’m like OMG this place is hot, then other times I’m like WTF? I’m rooting for this place.

This is a good TRU location. Always good parking, clean, and is stocked with the toys you need. Checkout lines are also fast.
