Anytime Airport Bus & Limo

Things you expect from your towncar service:
–Being on time
–uh, a towncar
…and I understand that things happen. For the most part, I had reliable, comfortable, and courteous transportation from Anytime. Even after an occasion where the owner overslept, didn’t answer my call, and I had to call my normal driver (who was off that day and actually sprang out of bed to come pick me up) for a total of 45 minutes late, I can shrug that off. I can shrug ONE incident off, even when traveling for work is my livelihood and airport transportation is an important commodity.
The icing on the poo-​cake came after the owner gave one of his drivers a completely wrong address for me. He probably jotted it down on a notebook incorrectly while at a traffic light. The guy ended up being almost *an hour late*, and when he finally arrived, he was in a cargo van. Yeah. Towncar service? Cargo van. «Anytime Towncar and Occasional Cargo Van.» It’s ok to pick up airline employees crashing at a hotel in one of these vans, but not when I’m paying for /​towncar service/​.
Also, the company refuses to update their techonlogy. Whilst many towncar companies are opting for mobile payment technologies, such as Square, or offering their customers online booking tools, Anytime still uses yellow carbon copy slide roller receipts (which print your entire credit card number on them, which means I have to shred my receipts after they’re submitted) and the only way you can book is calling the owner’s mobile number. I’ve suggested it, several times, and it seems that he’s just not interested.
I’m moving on. It’s a shame, too, because now I have to find a new towncar service.
TLDR: High recommendation dashed to pieces after being forgotten once and picked up in a cargo van a second time.

I love writing reviews for good services, and always think ‘booyah’ for being the first to comment on one.
At the hotel I was at the concierge recommended Jims Sciturro limo service, and he was prompt on arrival. The limo was clean and it was a smooth ride, and Jim himself was very friendly and made you quite comfortable with chatting to the point you thought you were sitting at your favorite bar talking to your favorite bartender.
After we arrived to my destination, we chatted for a couple of minutes; a former marine, he was very proud of his company with a fleet of 7 cars varying from limos to vans and I think he said regular vehicles.
Customer service is big for me, and not in the ‘what you can do for me’ thinking… but more in the working together to get to the objective to fruition sense. We salute you today Jim.
And yes that is him in the photo in front of his limo. :)
He also mentioned he covered alot of the Livonia (Courtyard Hotel) to Airport and back. :)
