Absolute terrible communication– spent an hour waiting to see dr for 5 mins– I understand Drs get backed up with other patients –not a big deal. My main problem is I had to call 4 times to get my test results back– they were done after 3 days– 3 weeks and my persistence later I get a voicemail on Thanksgiving day saying everything is negative. The results were faxed to me and one couldn’t be read due to a poor sample– so the dr never even looked at the results! Office staff seems like they don’t want to be bothered _​their job is just to make empty promises that ull get a call back that day from the dr which never happens.
