I stopped in a few months ago and tried a crêpe and liked it so I came back and tried the bubble tea– and got another crêpe. Very good. I also liked the black milk tea, very smooth. I’ve quickly became a convert. I think I used to make fun of bubble tea. My bad, guess I was ignorant. With the bubble teas, they have quite the variety, such exotic options to try, I will probably be coming back here a lot more from now on. Conveniently located in the mall, so it’s a refreshing stop if I’m in the mall. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but if I’m in the neighborhood, it’s a definite stop for me now. A cheap treat, better than another tired Starbucks stop. I can’t believe I’m a convert!

I am so confused right now. The reason I stopped here was due to several rave reviews I read on here. So I’m in the area and I love bubble tea so I begin my journey. Issue #1-I drove around for 20 mins attempting to find this place. No where is it listed that this place is inside the mall! So ladies and gentleman allow me to tell you that crucial piece of information! It is located inside Laurel Park Place Mall, near Mrs. Fields cookies. Now that we’ve found the location I enter and to my dismay not a soul insight. No customers and no employees. I waited about 7 mins before a young lady came out from the back. No big deal I guess, I was reading the menu anyway. In addition to bubble tea they have crepes here which I did not sample during my visit. I ordered my go to drink, a mango milk tea with strawberry popping bubbles. I should have known this wasn’t going to be good as I watched her make my drink. First issue there was no ice used. Second she hand mixed it with one of those cheap protein shake bottles and then just dumped in the poppers. So I leave and take a sip and it’s warm! Hence the lack of ice. I took about two more sips and threw it away inside the mall. Didn’t even make it to my car. It was chalky and warm and tasted nothing at all like bubble tea. I was so disappointed.

Love Bubbleberry for my afternoon work snack. Their fresh fruit smoothies are actually FRESHFRUIT! They always make the smoothies to your taste(let you taste before buying!) and they’re always so refreshing. I love the pineapple blueberry smoothie! And I don’t know if he’s the owner or manager or what not, but the guy who is always working there in the afternoon is so nice!

Friendly server/cashier/owner who was able to dish out multiple drinks at once. The crepes were completed with an even golden brown color. The owner recommended the turkey club crêpe(savory side) and it was delicious! I got the honeydew milk tea, which was a bit too sweet but still tasted good when paired with the savory crêpe. Will definitely come back!

This place is good! Convenient, has a ton of flavors, and serves great crepes also. I’ve been there a couple times, most recently today. The guy working there had both drinks ready in about 2 minutes, so he was super fast. That’s probably one of the best things about this place. As the actual quality of the drinks, it’s a pretty basic bubble tea place. They have a ton of flavors(including a couple new ones that I saw today, like blue raspberry) like any other bubble tea place. I’d say the only different thing about this place is that they have crepes as well, but a lot of bubble tea places have food. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it really doesn’t stand out to me that much, since I think all bubble tea places are basically the same. Definitely go here though if you want bubble tea and you’re in the area!

Friendly service, reasonably priced, don’t really care for the location but it’s so hard to find bubble tea in this area! Will come back

Top notch experience all around. When we arrived there was only one guy working but he was quick, efficient and didn’t liked stressed or anything, just kept rolling along. He took our order and a few other peoples and then made everyone’s food, time saving game plan. My friend ordered a dessert crêpe with bananas, nutella and pb which she raved about and devoured! She also ordered a bubble tea she said was good. I built my own crêpe with a fried egg, all the veggies and provolone cheese wrapped in a sweet crêpe bread, it was delicious! When I first got it I thought id need a box. umm I definitely ate it all and almost wanted another to take home haha! The guy working checked with us throughout our time there to see how our food was and if we needed anything. We will definitely be back! 5 stars for food, prices, customer service, efficiency and cleanliness.

The positives: reasonably priced, decent chewiness to the tapioca(boba), nice customer service The negatives: definitely doesn’t compare in flavor to the tapioca milk teas out west(that usually go for $ 1.25−2.50 vs $ 2.75−3.75ish), not horrible but only ok(for example, my almond milk tea was a bit too sweet and my wife’s regualr milk tea just didnt have much tea flavor). Overall, sufficient to satisfy a tapicoa milk tea craving but not something I’d get very often

I ordered a savory crêpe. Service was fast and friendly and the portion was very generous considering the price. It was like the crepes you can get in Japan so you can eat on the go or you have the option to sit down and eat. My crêpe was cooked perfect and tasted great. Can’t wait to try a sweet version!

This little place was so awesome! My best friend and I stopped by just because it sounded interesting and I can’t say that I regret it. The guy working there recommended the almond milk tea with strawberry jelly. It was amazing! Both my boyfriend and I tried it and neither of us are from around that area so we have been trying to find something similar ever since– but no dice! Looks like we will just have to come back :)

The first time i got here, there was only one server and he was busy making crepes so I had to wait for like 5 – 10 minutes and then he tells me that they ran out of boba. Like, seriously? The second time was better. The lady was very knowledgable of the drinks and was very helpful. I had the watermelon green milk tea with boba while my friend got the raspberry green milk tea with boba as well and we both agree that the watermelon taste better. It was not the best boba tea I’ve ever had here in Michigan but it’s not bad at all. I just hope they put more ice in it. I felt like the ice they used were the cheap, bad ones(if there’s such thing as) because I saw the ice were like thin as hell the moment the lady hand me my drink and i could see it melting very fast and I so had to drink my boba tea quick because who wants to drink room temp boba milk tea? Overall, it was a good experience. Good service and good boba tea. I’ll go back. Just ask for additional ice.

This place is hidden but it’s a nice little gem. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. I had a savory crêpe and it was very delicious. The bubble tea is also really awesome! I will definitely come back.

As bubble tea places go, it’s nothing special by any means, but it’s not like Metro Detroit has the most extensive bubble tea scene. The choices and flavors they have are pretty varied, but sometimes the tapioca pearls stick together and make it annoying towards the bottom of the drink. They also serve a number of crepes that can be a decent snack when you and a friend are hungry, but nothing I would ever go out of the way for. Until I see some other bubble tea places open up in Metro Detroit, I’ll probably pop in here once and awhile.

The staff was very nice and the prices were decent. Not sure if they use powder or syrup to flavor their bubble tea, either way it did not taste good compared to other bubble teas I’ve had in the past. The only thing I did like were the bubbles and jelly.

The owner here is awesome. I know a bit about bubble tea and different types and flavors. They are one of the only stores that have MangoStar Jelly, and that’s fantastic! Also had a strawberry crêpe and couldn’t ask for more. This place is a must go if you are here in Detroit. I’m from California and will be back to get this when I visit again!

Friendly staff but VERY disappointing bubble tea. The bubbles were hard and bland. I had a taro bubble tea. I’ve had other bubble tea flavors but I can’t remember what they were so I’m sure they weren’t impressive either. Even though I’ve tried this place several times I could not find any bubble tea I liked.

I am in love w/Bubbleberry. My favorite is Taro milk tea(w/black tea & soy milk) and lychee popping bubbles. I LOVE the owner… I recently found out I’m Gluten intolerant. I posted on the company FB page asking if bubbletea is GF. He responded quickly. I visited the next day… he said that prior to answering my question, he called all of his vendors just to make sure! – that is some dedication to his customers! Here is my best explanation… bubble tea & boba are used interchangeably… They have 4 types of tea: 1. Infused iced tea-similar to a flavored tea(ie. Arnold Palmer, raspberry iced tea… etc) 2. Infused Icy– similar to a slurpee or slush 3. Infused milk tea– green or black tea based w/a splash of half&half, soy milk, or skim milk. 4. Infused snow freeze-a milk tea in a milkshake form. They add ice to a standard milk tea & blend! – perfect for a hot summer day. Bubbles or boba: 1. Tapioca pearls: these are self explanatory & are the«standard bubbles» that are free w/all of their bubble teas. 2. Popping bubbles: popular at Froyo places like Menchie’s & Yogurt Mountain… they are little round balls that you bite into. They are filled w/fruit juice… similar to a gusher fruit snack. 3. Star jellies: similar to fruit snacks in terms of tecture. *the popping bubbles & star jellies come in multiple flavors!* If you’re at Laurel Park… stop by & say hi!

I hear it’s a new place? It’s a really cute place, that’s somewhat oddly located. But the atmosphere is very familiar and youthful. They sell both bubble tea(with regular boba and pop boba) as well as crepes. I had a strawberry something crêpe and it was yummy. The girl working there offered me utensils and a plate, and it really helped in being able to eat semi-clean.er… I smushed the ice-cream into the crêpe and then slowly ate it. Soooo GOOD :) My one slight dissatisfaction is that the crêpe is a little thick. I’m used to a much thinner crêpe. But someone in my party mentioned that it would be a good thickness for a savory crêpe(they have those! Like a blt crêpe!) I didn’t try the bubble tea but I will definitely be back to try it. They have a wide variety of tea, smoothie, slushy type drinks etc… And a wide variety of boba too! So there’s something to suit everyone’s taste!
