Our two dogs Murphy (yellow lab) and Lulu (goldendoodle) are not the most sociable dogs. A couple of years ago, when we found out John home sit dogs, we were very happy. John has two of his own dogs who are very nice. Our dogs made friends with them right away. When we drop them off, Lulu runs happily to their door like that’s her second home. John sends videos and photos to keep us updated when we are out of town. It’s very comforting to know that our dogs are in good hands when we are out.

I am VERY fussy about who takes care of my animals while I’m away. Since I started using Comfy Creatures, I have been able to go away with total peace of mind. Our petsitter, Aubrey, is as good as they come. My three cats get the same loving attention from her as they do from me… maybe more!
She not only feeds and cleans up after them, she plays their favorite games and gives them their medication when needed. She even makes sure to feed my «outdoor babies» (squirrels, birds) as well.
She sends me daily updates and even photos which I really love. I never worry about my cats or my home when she is watching them.

Usually, service-​oriented companies start out strong and then dwindle… I’ve been using Comfy Creatures for about 6 months and have been extremely satisfied with the service and the consistency of the quality of service. They are extremely reliable and always have a backup plan for any situation. The owner, John, is detail oriented and has a passion for his business.

We use Comfy Creatures every time we go away and can’t bring our two cavaliers with us. They arrange the blinds, lights, bring in mail, garbage cans, as well as walk your pup and love on them before they leave. What I really love is reading the journal written by Tammy from each of her visits. You get the low down not only on potties they did that visit, to behaviors. They make me smile reading them because I know she really gets who my dogs are from the comments she writes. They are really being taken care of by someone who loves dogs.

These guys are extremely helpful with our two kittens mochi and cheeto. They followup with daily logs on how your pets were while you are away and are very good about following routine. We travel a lot and they’ve been kind enough to look after our boys on short notice. It’s one of those few business that feels like a friendship — like you asked your good friends down the street to look after your place while you’re away and they were kind enough to do more than you asked. Trust is a big part of repeat business for most and comfy creatures has more than earned it with us. We’d recommend them to anyone who needs their pets and place looked after.
