I’m so upset that I didn’t look at Unilocal before my daughter asked me to order her this custom made headgear. I understood that it takes weeks to custom make a headgear but their timing is LONGER than what they ask you to agree upon ordering. It wasn’t until I emailed them asking where’s my order did they reply 7 days later. So let’s see if it actually gets here in a few days. NO tracking system either. Total wait time 8 weeks.

If I Would Have Read The Reviews I Would Have Never Placed A Order, Pretty Much The Same Has Happened To Me, I Called First And They Answered All Questions And Seem Nice, Once I Placed My Order, It Was Over From There, It’s Been 1 Month And 3 Emails Later No Reply’s, Actually They Did Reply Once And Said They Will Get Back To Me??? Don’t Place The Order If You Want Your Sons Headgear Right Away, It WIll Arrive In Time For The Following Season,

Terrible company to do business with. I ordered head gear for my son with a pre-​designed Autism Awareness design. My high school wrestler has a younger brother with Autism and researched places to purchase the head gear. We ordered it before Thanksgiving and AFTER placing my order was told it would take 5 weeks. I immediately emailed and asked to cancel my order because we needed for an upcoming tournament. No response to my email or phone calls. We had to go out and buy another headgear in the mean time and have now sent 4 emails asking about my order. I keep getting random responses that don’t ever address my question and it sounds like an elementary school student is replying to them. They don’t make any sense. I’m now being told I should get it the first week of January. They were certainly quick to charge my card yet it will be over 6 weeks to get my PRE DESIGNED head gear, the claim they are waiting in parts? Absolutely ridiculous! Do not order from them!!!

I also feel this company should not get 1 star. Worst company ever! I have a high school and Jr high wrestling team both still waiting for spirit wear. It’s been almost 3 months. No replies no answers.

The only reason I am even giving this company one star is because I have to. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Horrible, horrible customer service. Just found out they have an F score with the Better Business Bureau and have had 9 complaints filed but do not respond to the BBB complaints… Awesome. I am kicking myself for not looking them up myself. We originally went with them on the recommendation of a friend who dealt with this company and had a great experience. Our original headgear graphic order was charged immediately to my card, but we now get no response (of course.) My husband has only dealt directly with the owner. So it is not a case of the employees dropping the ball, the horrible customer service is coming directly from the owner himself. What a horrible way to do business. The owner will NOT return any calls, voicemails, Facebook direct messages or emails and has yet to return my sons headgear. My husband finally spoke to the owner on 12÷3÷14 after calling from a different number as the owner is VERY diligent about screening his calls and was told «the graphics are being applied as we speak and I am shipping them out today.» He has had my sons headgear since OCTOBER. My husband asked for a tracking number and was told «I will have to call you back with the number.» My husband also told him that if the headgear is not complete please just send them back, my son needs his headgear. We are still waiting for that tracking number, a phone call, our headgear, an apology, anything. We have yet to receive the headgear or any response from the company or the owner. I am now forced to buy my son more headgear as we are getting absolutely no response from the owner or the company. As any wrestling parent knows, headgear is not cheap! I am trying to have patience and give this owner and his company the benefit of the doubt but after such an awful experience, that is looking pretty bleak.
Lesson learned… LOOK UP ANY COMPANY (ONLINE OR OTHERWISE) THROUGH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HAVING TO DEAL WITH HORRIBLE COMPANIES, THEIR OWNERS AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on me.
