En-Unison Salon

A friend, whose hairstyle I thought looked great, referred me to Nancy at this salon. I have had dreadful time at prior salons, charged way too much for average to below-​average haircuts, always left not happy with results. En-​Unison is quite different and I am very pleased with the results. Nancy and I discussed my current style, told her what I was looking for but was open for suggestions. She addressed my questions, put me at ease, and made couple suggestions. Right away I felt comfortable in her chair. My cut ended up better than I ever thought possible. When I walked into a group meeting afterward, many women complimented me on my hair cut. You throw yourself into the hands of a total stranger at a new salon (even with a referral). I left feeling Nancy and I were like old friends! Am returning for second cut this week or next. Prices very reasonable, believe my cut was $ 45, and with first visit, I left with bag of Paul Mitchell products, not just little tear and use foil pacs but good sized samples, and loved those too. And the salon is spotless, bright, clean, nothing is left to sit on the floor, ever. I watched as other stylists finished with their clients, every single cut, color, whatever, looked excellent. And they have hot tea and munchies, it just couldnt get any better for a haircut, right!

Great salon! I’ve been a customer for many years even at the previous location on 8 mile. Rebekah is my stylist and she is fantastic! She has been styling, high-​lighting and or low-​lighting my hair for over a decade. On extremely rare occasions I’ve had to have my hair highlighted by someone else due to scheduling conflicts and while they did a pretty good job, it’s just not the same. Rebekah is very talented. Love the staff too. Always very helpful and friendly. Coffee and cookies are always offered. Extremely clean.

Been going to this salon for a few years now. Melissa is my hair dresser and does an amazing job. The salon his very clean and newly remodeled with about 15 cutting chairs. They always have coffee and snack for you while you wait. They do mostly women’s hair but I do see a decent amount of men going there. They also do nails and make-​up, from what I can see. :) Their hours are very reasonable and so are their prices. I pay $ 25 for a men’s hair cut which includes a pre and post wash and a style at the end. I believe women’s cuts are $ 42-​$ 44 based hair type.
