Experience RC

I just purchased a T-​Rex 450 DFC Helicopter at the Toledo Weak Signals R.C. Modelers show. It’s supposed to be ready to fly, but vibrates too much for me to want to fly it. I called the store to let them know, and they said that I would have to bring it to the store to be checked out. He offered to take my E-​mail address, and I gave it to him for the purpose of sending me FedEx Postage. It never happened! I made numerous phone call’s, only to be sent to voice mail, or just more empty promises! I got tired of the Bull, so I realized the cost of getting it to them for repair 65 miles away was not logical. I sent it to Hobby Stop West of Northwood, Ohio. They are excellent at repair’s, and I trust them more than Experience RC, who seems to have next to nothing in the way of «Honest and Considerate Customer Service! I will not make any more purchases from them at any RC Show they are present at! By the way, before I forget, I spent nearly $ 500.00 at their Booth!!! And I got crap for service!!!
