Furniture Factory Liquidators

This rating is based on their terrible customer service. The item I purchased is actually pretty nice! Their delivery team is extremely incompetent though. If you do choose to purchase from here, I highly recommend picking the item up yourself.
We had a miscommunication on a drop off time (they «forgot» I requested a later time in the day). Instead of asking me to reschedule, they promised they would eventually be here that night. I was ok with that, until they never showed. I did not even get a phone call saying they weren’t going to make it.
When I called the next morning to see what was going on, they immediately got defensive. They fought with me for about 2 hours (hanging up and calling back multiple times) saying they were here and have pictures of my house to prove it. So they come by and take pictures, but never knock on my door or call me? Strange. There’s no way nobody in the house (not even my dog!) heard them knocking. It’s also odd that they would choose to fight with a customer about this instead of trying to make it right. They even wanted to charge me ANOTHER delivery fee, until I had my boyfriend call them and it was to him that they finally admitted that they «had a late night and possibly did not show up». WOW.
They eventually dropped off my couch, where there were even more problems! First, the delivery guys stated that they probably wouldn’t be able to get the couch in… before they even tried! They got one half of the sectional in, but the other they tried for less than 1 minute, not even turning it or trying different positions, before they just took it back to the truck. The ottoman I purchased had grease ALL OVER the side of it. They went back to the warehouse, got me a new ottoman, and wrapped up the other half of the couch in plastic to leave in my backyard for my boyfriend to move when he got home.
My boyfriend and his friend (who do not move furniture for a living by the way!!) got the other half of the couch in within 5 minutes. So at this point I’m not even sure why I was charged a delivery fee in the first place. I paid $ 75 extra for them to lie and do a half-​assed job bringing the furniture over. This place is seriously a joke and their employees are so unprofessional and lazy. I will definitely be going to a reputable place like Art Van next time I need to make a large furniture purchase.
