Unlike the other reviewers, I had a positive experience with Granite Planet. The individual sent to do the measurements called to say he would be late, but he still arrived well within the two hour window period. He spent a significant amount of time taking measurements, unlike some other contractors. The installers arrived right on time and took great care not to damage a tiled wall directly above the backsplash. From the time we put in the order to installation, the whole project took less than a week, and ended up being the lowest bid.

Westland, MI
Would not recommend this place. Called to have them come out to measure for a granite counter top at my parent’s house. The owner finally called after 2 days and we scheduled the appointment for 4pm that day. It’s 2 days later, he never showed nor called. They lost our business and it was a huge counter top!!!
