After having multiple HORRIBLE experiences at the Lexus dealership in Ann Arbor, I brought my vehicle here. I’ve been coming to K&J over several years to get my vehicle issues resolved or even just for an oil change.
Their prices are fair and their work is superb. I don’t have much vehicle knowledge but they explain everything in layman’s terms and actually want you to understand what is going on with your vehicle.

I recently ordered a new slip-​on from eBay for my Kawasaki. The parts they sent weren’t fitting my aftermarket headers so I opted to stop in and see if K&J could work up a fix for me. I had Googled custom exhaust shoppes in the area and theirs was right down the street from the office. I stopped in and talked to a soft spoken man who put me in touch with his custom work guy, Sam. I gave him the old part and the new link pipe sent and asked him to do his best to match the angles and bends but he warned me it was too short to get the result I wanted. He gave it a try since I had already paid for the link pipe but needless to say it came close but Sam’s warning was on the mark. It turned out to be a $ 10 experiment, no worries. I went back that afternoon after trying to fit the pipe and said we needed to fab up a new link pipe. He went to work with me watching and made me a new pipe that was just about perfect, and for $ 50 it was worth the price. These guys impressed. It wasn’t a big job but they treated me like I was having a full vehicle install done. When my car needs exhaust work I’ll be back.
