Kelly Fitzgibbons, MD

This review is from the perspective of a new patient. I needed to find a doctor and picked Dr. Fitzgibbons based on reviews on other websites. She is part of the infinity primary care system.
I really like Dr. Fitzgibbons. For my primary appointment, she spent a good 45 minutes with me, and I had some pretty strong concerns that she spent time talking to me about. She is extremely friendly and approachable.
The office is busy. If you get an afternoon appointment, you may be waiting for a bit past your appointment time. There are many doctors there, so if you have to come in for something and Dr. Fitzgibbons is full, you can see someone else (her hours, btw, are Monday and Wednesday 9 – 5 and Thursday 9 – 12).
So far I’ve been extremely pleased with the attention and care I have received there. They also have an email system set up so you can communicate with your doctor by email, which I like a lot since you can play a lot of phone tag with doctors normally.
