Ordered 2 cheeseburgers minus pickle extra onion, seen it on the screen but when I got to the window 1 of the 2 burgers was wrong, and these people want 15 bucks a hour.. Good luck with that, and your snazzy new white uniforms can’t help crappie workers who obviously can’t read. I H8 this mcdonalds with a passion.

This Mcdonalds is probably the worst one in the area of Plymouth/Canton/livonia. They are strange about accepting coupons. They don’t smile at you. They act like their job is doing you a favor. Most of the time the orders are wrong. If you call about a concern they will argue with you. Skip this location.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds around.
My food is always wrong, and the employees are the rudest in town.
Today, as always my order was incorrect, shakes had melted, fries were cold, my sandwiches were incorrect, and the order taker & manager were so rude that you would have thought they were personal enemies. The young women giving the food out at the window almost threw my food at me when I asked for my order to be remade.
I was later told that the Resturant manager will not give out her name, and it owner backs this decision!!!
Stay away unless you want crappy cold food with name calling from the staff.

These is the WORST Mcdonalds ever. I purchased a big mac and the all 3 buns were hard. The meat was very nasty. I took it back to the Mcdonalds and the manager was very rude. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. They gave me the worst big mac and they didn’t even care. BAD SERVICE _BAD FOOD

The food is McDonald’s food. I am not going there for the amazing cuisine. But they are weird about coupons and once refused my Monopoly pieces for free stuff even though it was before the expiration date and I had gotten the Monopoly pieces off of food I had bought at this location. When I asked why, the cashier just said «Because our manager told us not to take them anymore.»
