We have used this location previously for several remote car starters and are always pleased with the product and service there. Today I called to inquire about my sister’s car, and I spoke with Cory, the manager. Kudos to him who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about my questions. He did not rush me off the phone or act as if it was any trouble taking my call, which is pretty typical of many businesses today. I continue to be impressed with this Mickey Shorr business and will continue to give them all of my business when possible.
