I have worked with Rania, the Assistant Manager, over the course of many months perfecting a ring that works for me. She is not only patient and kind, she is committed to accommodating the toughest customers. She was eager to make changes to my liking. I would recommend anyone seeking personal attention to detail and patience work with her. She is a treasure!

I had bought my wedding ring on-​line, and of course it was too big. Unfortunately, I had to ship it to my parent’s house because I live out of town and the wedding was in their neck of the woods. I called MJ diamonds two days before the wedding, to see if I could get it sized. They said that they would be able to have it done in 24 hours. Perfect!
I go to Laurel Park Place that afternoon, where the store is located, and talk with a pleasant young woman. At first she tells me that it won’t be done till Friday (2 days) and that I’ll need to get a treatment for my white gold ring, because sizing will make it yellow. I tell her that my ring is platinum and that I’m getting married Friday and that’s cutting it too close. I dismiss the white gold mistake because I have no idea how to differentiate between metals (though it was printed on the inside), and she was more than accommodating. She put my ring on priority, and said I could pick it up the next day, an hour before they closed. That way if I needed to pick it up anytime on Friday it would be ready. It worked out perfectly.
Best part about this place is the quality work they did on my ring. My ring is an antique that has very delicate scroll work on the side. If they had cut into the ring, that design would have been ruined. Though the lady told me that their jeweller is very talented and would do his best to match the design. They didn’t cut into my ring though! They were able to shrink it! My ring looks brand new and the design is perfectly intact!
They did an amazing job. The cost was $ 50. And they said if I didn’t like it to come back in and they’d work on it again. That of course, was not necessary.
I’m usually a bit wary about jewellery stores in malls, but this one did wonders.
