New Horizons Computer Learning Centers

I recently took an ITIL Foundations course here, and really enjoyed it. The instructor, Mike Peasley, was extremely engaging and very knowledgeable on the content of the exam. He also had the real world experience to contribute, and made the course interactive so participants could share their stories as well.
There is a ProMetrics testing center within the building, which means you can take the prep class and the exam at the same location, and do it while the content is fresh in your mind.
The training rooms are clean, and the computers are newer. The instructor projected content in the form of PDFs and PowerPoints which were displayed on a large screen and could also be displayed on our individual computer screens as well, if desired. A nice touch. The whole course is taught in a classroom as well as on a webex, so you can attend via the virtual classroom if you’re not located close to the center (though I’d imagine the in-​person course is much better!)
Overall, very impressed and can’t wait to take another class here!
