I’ll start by saying the food is really good, however I ordered a carry out from Shawarma Palace in Livonia, as I used to be a regular here… Food was great so I called to order more. RUDE service, so rude I hung up and placed the order elsewhere. They might want to teach etiquette as part of their training as they lost a valuable customer tonight! When I called back to ask who I was speaking with, he rudely asked … WHY??? Supposedly his name is Mike… right… but WOW, I wouldn’t want him running my company… that is if you plan to be successful anyway…

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area. I LOST 45 POUNDS by switching from other fast food places to Shwarma Palace. I started eating the swarma chicken salad everyday for 4 months and had to buy a new wardrobe because non of my cloths fit. It was amazing. I still eat there every day, sometimes twice a day. The staff are awesome people and I now call them all my friends. Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the Spicy chicken man-​o-​shi (sp?). All and all great people cook great food!

WARNING! Ordered a few items off the menu and sat to wait for our order. (We were told by the manager/​owner all orders are at least a 30 minute wait.) Got up to check on the order, when I saw food being picked up from the floor and placed in a sandwich! Disgusting and unacceptable food practices! The owner/​manager could NOT have cared less. Not good. We will NEVER return!

Men’s restroom:
— No toilet paper.
— No hand towels.
At 1PM, the day shift workers are (still) blaming the night shift for not paying attention. I consider this answer, unacceptable.
I decided to eat elsewhere.

Really bad shawarmas. The meat was wet and mushy like it had been sitting out all day. Pickles were few and tasted old/​dry and there was a lack of garlic butter. Then I felt sick after eating it… All in all a bad experience, not getting from here again.

Was also skeptical to try a place on a gas station but the food was excellent. Will definitely eat here again! Had the spicy garlic chicken schwarma.. good stuff!

I was very skeptical of this place at first because it is connected to a gas station…
but the customer service was outstanding! The two gentlemen working were extremely nice and friendly. Not to mention the food was to die for! I had a chicken Shawarma plate and it was YUMMY! It was $ 10 but came with hummous, salad, chicken shawarma, rice, garlic spread, and pita bread. Great deal! They also have less expensive options. I had a little bit of a wait for rice, which they warned me of, but I did not mind at all and then they gave me a free smoothie for waiting! So nice! Am definitely planning on going back ASAP!
It is not a sit down place. You order at the register and it comes up in no time! There are tables to sit at, though.

Reluctant at first to get a meal at a gas station, but it is a restaurant in half the building. Eat in or Take out! Best Mideast food in the area. Quick take outs for lunch at work.
