Consistent friendly service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are never bothered with any questions, you gotta’ love that!!!

This is the best print and ship business around. Employees are always ready to assist and go the extra mile. I just sent them a print job and it is 20 minutes to close and they said they would wait for me to get there. Awesome! Thank you UPS Store #3011!

All of the employees at this store are friendly, helpful and so accommodating. I will never go anywhere else to print/​copy/​ship ever again!

I have to catch late UPS deliveries at least twice a week. When I do, I’m usually pretty stressed out and a little bit cranky. When possible, I will drive the extra six miles to and from this particular UPS store. Why? Because they always make my day a little bit better. Even though they don’t make much processing my packages, I’m always greeted with a smile, usually by someone holding the door for me. Today, an employee went way out of his way by helping me print a replacement label from my
account. Yep, my dumb ass forgot to put the shipper on the box before I left my shop.
This isn’t a ‘just today’ thing, though. I’m a seriously tough critic of customer service, but I’ve never left this store annoyed. The only thing that would make my trips to this location better would be a coffee shop in the same strip mall. Seriously folks, if you read this, keep up the great work!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. They seem to actually want to help, and not just because they have too. Will be using this location from now on.
