The food was completely inedible, again. I’ve now given Tim Horton’s a few chances and each time had to throw the food away. The hash browns were rock hard and cold and tasted like they had solvent on them. I took one bite and spit it out. The sandwich tasted sort of like fish. Cold fish. Also took one bite and spit it out. McDonald’s on their worst day seems to make better food than Tim Horton’s on their best day.

Absolutely love this location! Staff is super friendly and sweet! The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I order an iced coffee with 2 creams and 2 sugars, it’s never mixed and I get chunks of sugar when I drink. Otherwise, I’m very happy with this location :)

I like Tim Horton and go there all the time for coffee and a quick breakfast or lunch. I have meet the owner and he is a very nice guy.
I can’t say the same for his morning employees. The blond girl with glasses inside very rude and unprofessional. The short dark hair girl is worse. They don’t listen when you order and they get your orders wrong 99% of the time.
They need to change the morning staff and get ppl that really want to work there. I gave them 1 star for that reason.

Stopped for a hurried lunch. Ordered a grilled fajita wrap. All the ingredients were in the bottom of the wrap, so the top 1⁄3 was just bare tortilla. The bottom wasn’t closed so it dripped sauce all over my lap and my car. Salt in the wound. .. NO NAPKINS. Here’s a hint: people who order food through the drive-​thru usually are going to eat in the car, and fast food shouldn’t require fork and knife.

08÷26÷15 1pm. I thought this Tim Hortons was closed, there was 1 car in the parking lot and looked dark inside. The girl that took my order blond hair glasses sure wasn’t friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Angus Steak Melt, what a huge disappointment. Looked nothing like the picture, which showed steak overflowing from the sandwich. Couldn’t have been more then 2oz steak on the sandwich. Maybe the girl didn’t measure the steak.

Have you ever been desperate for a cheap place to chill in the bland city of Livonia? Look no further than this cozy Tims!
The first impression of this place was the excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. There was a lady at the counter who had an issue so we sat down. It wasn’t busy so one of the cashiers actually came over to our table to ask what we wanted, and carried out my cash transaction without making me go to the register.
I had a banana-​strawberry smoothie that was a little too soupy but it was icy and tasty. The cinnamon roll was also really yummy as well. If the coffee is like other Tims I have been to, it is not bad but it’s not multidimensional either. Fits the price. I would go here again any day!
