This location gets worse and worse. Its usually my first stop to buy all of my gift certs for everyone in the family and each time I ask myself why I keep bothering with this place. The lack of stock, organization and the employees attitudes are just such a turn off. Today as I went or buy the gift certs I was told none of my sale items were able to be purchased for sale price without downloading the app. Are you kidding me? Besides spending a couple hundred every xmas, having your credit card and receiving your promo coupons, what else could I possibly do to deserve your onetime xmas tshirt ? I Opted to leave the entire purchase behind and the girl behind he counter sent me on my with a smile. She had zero concern for customer retention. I had already waited approx 20 minutes even though I was the only one in line when I arrived. I promise you that was my last wait in line at VS and not another dollar will be spent. I am only one but others will follow.

I was in there the other day because my boyfriend had bought me a sweater that ran a little big so I wanted to exchange it for a size smaller. I found the sweater with ease but noticed who I think is the manager pass me probably 2 times without acknowledging my presence but as I said I found the item myself and was fine. I headed off to the fitting rooms there was no one there so I waited and waited and had to find someone to help me and let me in. Keep in mind it was not very busy at all so I found this all quite strange that I hadn’t received any help. I liked the smaller size better so I proceeded to the checkout and asked for an exchange I didn’t have the receipt because it was a gift but they were the same item and same price so I didn’t think it would be an issue the girl at the register wanted me to pay $ 15 for the exchange because the sweater I was bringing back had to be brought back at the lowest selling price even though it was brand new and still being sold at the higher price at the front of the store. I was in complete shock I was being asked to pay to do a even exchange of the EXACT same thing just different size. The cashier and I went back and forth for a while until I had enough and asked for a manager and the girl said she would tell me the same thing and it was useless but I pushed on to speak to her since I have never heard such a thing(I’ve worked in retail for 4 years) the girl paged the manager and after all of that I finally got my even exchange again for the same item.

Every time I walk into VS/PINK(not @ this location, but others) I get greeted as soon as I walk in. Ppl are always all over me asking me if I need assistance/fitting rooms & telling me about sales/deals they have going on. This location does not do anything I just mentioned. I have to look around just to have someone open a fitting room for me. They’ve never once mentioned deals they have going on that day/month. It’s irritating. Every time I’m here there’s about 2 people clocked in. Idk if it’s because it’s not a busy location or what. But still. Other than that I’ve never had a problem here.

I went to the Victoria’s Secret store at Laurel Park mall today and had a pleasant experience with their sales associates especially one named Jackie. She fitted me and helped me find the correct bra size that I should be wearing and wrote down my size and some other style of Bras I liked on a little business card.

**This location is NOTCLOSED. They even have a Pink store.** Reviewing VS is a little difficult. For the most part, I love the VS. I don’t love their staff. It’s hit or miss in any location. The Good: Great variety in merchandise. They have pretty bras for chicks with big boobs. No grandma bras with giant straps that dig into your shoulders here. The Not-So-Good: Staff does not know how to properly fit women for bras, at least in my experience. Stock is not always great. I must wear a common size, or a size they don’t stock much of it. Many times they either don’t have my size, or are limited in colors, which means one or two boring options. At this particular location, a saleswoman attempted to help me. I was looking for a bra for a dress that I brought with me. I found that she wasn’t really listening to me and suggested several bras that clearly weren’t going to work. Then she passed me off to the dressing room attendant(or whatever her title is). She was also helpful at first, especially since I couldn’t get the bra straps out of their loops. I asked her for a different item, and she never came back. When I came out, I asked her again about the other item, and she also seemed to have difficulty listening to me. She had no idea what I was describing, yet the item I was talking about was right in front of her. Unfortunately, I forgot my wallet, so I had to leave & return later. When I returned, I tried on more bras, and found quite a bit I liked, including a gift for my friend’s bachelorette party. I went to check out, and explained to the saleswoman that the 4 pair of underwear were a gift & separate. When she rang those up, and printed a receipt, I asked for a gift receipt. She ROLLED her eyes and sighed, stating that she would have to return the merchandise & re-ring it. I told her it was fine, and if the items didn’t work out, I’d give my friend the receipt. She got defensive with me and said she’d take care of it if I didn’t mind waiting. I let her know that I didn’t want to inconvenience her and it was fine. Her attitude was terrible! I’ll continue to go back because I like the merch, but I will avoid accepting any help from staff in the future.
