I wouldn’t suggest going INTO the location and expecting your food in a timely manner. But delivery is always on time, and my kids love the chicken wings.

It’s not as though you have many options but you would save time just calling in and telling the employees to make whatever they feel like. We used to order at least once a week being that my oldest son in a huge pizza fan. Not once or a couple of times was the order wrong but EVERY TIME, I’ve often wondered how this was statistically possible. But it happens and the employees are upset that you question them. Would love to see another franchise come in, maybe if they had a competitor the service and quality would go up.
