Pizza Factory

There was only 1 girl working, who took our order and was also making the pizzas. Took 30 – 40 mins and we were the only customers in the place besides a party that was already packing up. The wait was not worth it, Little Cesar’s pizza has more flavor. We definitely regret stopping at this place.

This place actually has good pizza. Everything else is awful. The restaurant and bathrooms are dirty. There was nobody else there and all the tables were greasy and had crumbs on them and the floors had food and napkins everywhere. Their «clean» plates and cups are greasy. The grouchy teenage girl who helped us went straight from the register handling money to sliding our pizza onto the tray using her dirty hands. Disgusting! I hope the owners read the comments here and work to improve the negative aspects of their business because they are fixable issues and the pizza is good!

I’ve never once had a bad order. The employees have always been nice, and you can clearly see they are working hard to get everyone’s orders in.

Worst pizza place I have ever experienced, multiple times I have ordered pizza and each time it’s a disappoint. The only reason I believe they stay in business is that they are one of two pizza restaurants in lockeford. On one occasion delivery was ordered and after being told lie after lie when we called to check when the pizza would be delivered it showed up one and a half hours after we were originally told. Another time our pizza had the pizza cooking rack in the box with it. Now tonight I ordered half hour in advance and we arrive to pick it up and are told it would be another 10 minutes. The place is run by teenagers with a 1^st grade education and no idea what customer service represents.

Apparently the phones keep ringing and she’s the only one here. That’s why our pizza for here took 45 minutes when we were quoted 15. Not the best business model. :(

Best pizza I’ve ever had! Friendly staff and great prices! Not a big place but it was clean and they had the game on. Can’t ask for more from a pizza joint than that.

Very disappointed, I ordered the special and breadsticks for my son (that i had a coupon for) I was told about an hour for delivery, that turn to 2 hours. I even called to inquire why delivery was taking so long. When the owner/​manager arrived he refused to honor the coupon, and didn’t deliver my full order. His staff did not relay the coupon information prior to delivery, and they had two opportunities. It’s all about good customer service, I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, I’ve excused some of the minor technicalities, giving them a break because of the kids who are employeed there. But I can’t excuse the owner/​manager for not being apologitic, lacking customer service, and not filling my order. Im almost at a loss for words for how I feel. In order to write this post you have to make a rating, one star is to much. Again very disappointed.

Only 1 person working, not very friendly. She also wasn’t old enough to pour beer. Total dump.

Best pizza! Yesterday one employee, very nice. Food very good. Love the pepperoni. When I called he said 25 minutes. I put my timer on my phone to tell me when it’s 25 minutes and he was exactly 25 minutes.

Avoid at all cost this place is a joke. There was nobody in there we ordered pizza, 45 mins later they hadn’t even made the pizza. The employees were very rude and in terrible moods. They should do some drug tests on thier workers. We asked for a refund but they didn’t know how to do that either.
P. s. and the sodas are flat and the cups taste like lysol.

We were on our way to Kirkwood by way of Los Angeles. I told my girlfriend we should try some place local instead of a big name chain since we won’t be back this way for awhile. Saw the guy out there spinning the sign for 6 $ all you can eat lunch buffet so i figure why not. As i walk in the guy spinning introduces himself (i forgot his name my bad) but he was cool as hell assures me it’s good pizza and walks with me inside. There’s six pieces of pizza left in the buffet station and about 15 min left till the buffet ends and I’m thinking ok so we’ll get 3 slices each and some salad and that’s when he asks «what kinda pizza you want? I say pepperoni and sausage thinking 2 toppings might be greedy since he’s making a new one for us. He says I’ll make half pepperoni and sausage and half meat lovers. Out comes a LOADED freshly baked pizza. Perfect crust sauce and cheesy like a sitcom more toppings than I’ve had on my last 3 pizzas combined. If i ever go to Kirkwood again i will definitely stop by and stuff my face again

Dude tried to claim he didn’t offer a 50% off coupon in the entertainment book and wouldn’t honor it. First time trying, would never go back.

If judging by food alone, 5 stars. Great bbq chicken pizza. The facility is pretty dirty Nd dingy. Service was good too. Probably excellent for takeout or delivery.

One pizza does not make a lunch buffet instead of having the guy spin the sign you should have a guy make more than one pizza at a time will never go back and am in the area all the time

GREAT PLACE TO VISIT. We went for a drive & decided to stop in. Friendly staff + fresh dough + fresh toppings = the best pizza I have had in a long time. We ordered a large combo, a small pepperoni & some cheezzzzzzy bread. If you are passing thru Lockeford or just want some DAM RIGHT GOOD PIZZA go to Pizza Factory!

I can’t eat any of the food bc I can’t eat gluten but I got pizza and wings for my husband. The guys there were so genuine and sweet, very warm and great customer service. They are the only people we have found in almost a year that said they’ll deliver to us! Hoping they get a gf option soon we will def call them for delivery now! Oh, and my husband likes the pizza.

Originally came to Lockeford for some jerky with my brother & my cousins since I was craving it for awhile. After that we decided to come & get some pizza. The place seems pretty cool, it’s a distance from where I live but I wouldn’t mind coming back

Pizza is good but something is wrong with their beer system. It tastes awful every time. Bitter and skunky no matter what you order. Clean your lines, folks.

We’ve never had a bad pizza here at Pizza Factory. Stopped in Sunday as we were driving through Lockeford. Pizza always has a crisp to the crust, not too cooked, not soft, just right. This is the only pizza place I can eat all the pepperoni that comes on the pizza. Usually I pick off most of it as too much pepperoni makes me sick. The 2 people behind the counter were friendly. Overall great experience for a lunch. I have stopped at other Pizza Factory’s, this one is by far the best!

Me and my family decided to stop off here on our way home and wow, great pizza, cool place.
