I was at an elementary school carnival where they had Fry’s Fun Farm petting zoo. Let me first say that the animals were absolutely adorable and appeared healthy. My only gripe is that on a day that is over 80 degrees, these fragile baby bunnies had NO access to water. These bunnies were smaller than my childs hand, so there is no way they could have leaned over into the water stand which was set up for the goats/lambs…they weren’t even as tall as the dish! These tiny exhausted baby animals were desperately running from grabby, selfie– driven children for the entire 4 hours. The staff was not controlling the way the children were handling/chasing the animals. If they had simply hung up a few water bottles for the bunnies, I would have been SO much happier. So, yes, it is a blast for the little ones, but probably pretty traumatic for the baby animals. It could be SO cute… with a few disciplinary guidelines and a few water bottles.

They were at Bethany Lutheran for Easter. The pony rides were scary and violent. One mule/miniature pony kept bucking with kids on him. Instead of letting the horse rest, the staff was whipping, kicking, hitting it. Then letting more kids on, just to be bucked around. The staff name beating the animal was Floyd. I Hope no one ever hires Fry’s Fun Farm They are unprofessional and cruel!

Fry’s Fun Farm brought their small animals to our neighborhood pool party. They were a hit with the kids. I was happy to see that their animals all looked healthy. This is the second time I’ve worked with them, and I’ve been happy with how easy it is to work with them. They are prompt and set up quickly. I’m planning on calling them again for next year’s party.
