In-​laws are from Lockhart, and me and the husband live in VA where there’s no tenders and gravy, so this is a must every time we’re in town. And their fried okra is tastey.

Went there last night. They first said it would be 20 min till chicken was ready. Was in a hurry so I told them just give me my money back. All of a sudden the cook come up with a box containing my order. I took it home.
At 2:30 this am my stomach was rolling and I had a major case of diarrhea. Again at 4:20. Around 700 this am I burped and could still taste it.
Made a bad mistake. I will keep going next time I am in that situation. Bet it had been sitting out all day. Maybe he extracted it from the trash.

This place was great for fast food chicken. The chicken pieces were huge it was some of the best chicken I have every ate. Much better then Popeye’s or KFC. They even give you a free ice cream cone if you eat inside.
