The guy who did my nails was nice BUT the place was so dirty. I am surprised they are allowed to stay open! I would not let him use the dirty cuticle clippers on me. How hard is it to scrub the floors and keep things clean. I did not object to the shabbiness of the place and it was shabby but the filth was too much.
