I live in Austin and was looking for a good deal for a ford went to Covert and the William Johnson Ford and had really bad experiences. both places the car salesmen acted like they were inconvenient by my request. My sister told me about Lockhart ford and i had one of the best experience ever car shopping from Glen. He went above and beyond to help me. i would definitely recommend getting a car from him for anyone in the Austin area.

Lockhart Ford is by far the best dealer and service provider in central Texas. I drive from Austin because I can make an appointment for my oil changes. I personally do not have 3 – 5 hours to wait [which is the wait time at the Ford dealers in the Austin metro area].

Everyone I dealt with yesterday tried to help with all my needs and did everything they could to get me financed. There are some great people that work there and are up front, honest, and won’t push you into something you can’t afford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have had really good service from this dealership service center. They also guarantee their work. They have also been good about getting my car in the shop in a timely manner. I often can get same day service. I am lucky though as I am able to leave my car with them all day so they can ‘squeeze’ it into their work schedule at their convenience.

One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. From the shifty sales tactics to the changing interest rates, of course in their favor, it was classic old school Ford dealership shenanigans. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone until they get their act cleaned up and up to the new standards that Ford requires of their dealers.
