Buyer beware. Purchased a living social deal. Called and texted several times only to receive one cryptic text in return. This doesn’t appear to be an established, trustworthy business. I went with my gut and got a refund for the purchase.

I purchased a groupon. At first, the company was a no call, no show for a weekend appointment. I texted and left voicemails with no answer. Tried again on Monday and she had no idea that she had missed an appointment. She did not apologize. I rescheduled since I already had the groupon. Shay was very sweet and hardworking. Lantaya was not friendly and was on the phone the entire time while cleaning. She was talking about business inappropriately including saying that she needs to cancel the groupon deal (that I was using). The website boasted all-​natural products yet they used 409. Overall, it was a fairly good cleaning, considering the deal that I received, but they definitely missed some spots.

Made an appointment online via email. Confirmed twice. Cleaning service never showed or even connected to cancel or reschedule.
Terrible customer service for a new business. Won’t be recommending or rescheduling.
