Many years ago, we bought a refrigerator at Vogels about a week before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving morning, with a full crew of visitors scheduled to arrive, we awoke to a warm refrigerator full of warm food. Someone at Vogels answered the phone. Within two hours, we had a new refrigerator in our kitchen. Service above and beyond. Try to get that at a big box store.
