A Better Way Gluten Free Bakery & Cafe

I had my wedding cake made by A Better Way. It was wonderful! My guests had no idea it was gluten free. Great taste and beautifully decorated. I have also had several other items: bread, pizza dough, cookies, and burger buns. All taste better and are priced better than grocery items. Also, the family is so joyous. You can tell that they love what they do. Without them, I would not have been able to have cake on my wedding day. I’m very grateful.

I’ve never had anything gluten free before in my life, well not intentional that is. I came here on a recommendation from a friend for lunch. It is a bakery and they have a breakfast/​lunch menu as well. I had «The Gobbler» an incredibly tasty turkey sandwich packed with real carved turkey. The portions are not «Buffalo size» but are still filling. Prices are very reasonable in the $ 5 – 8 range and they serve breakfast all day as well. The place smelled so good I had to get a slice of pie as well… I have to say it was the best tasting lemon meringue pie NOT from my own mother’s kitchen.
I was impressed. It’s great food first and foremost, that just so happens to be gluten free. I’m curious about the rest of the menu and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re in the area, stop in, it’s not just a bakery.
