This is a small local Italian restaurant that is kind of a hidden gem. When I went on Father’s day they were not expecting to be busy so they were a little short staffed. They did their best to make sure we were being taken care of. We did have to wait awhile to give our order but the fresh warm pizza bread they have is amazing and defiantly helped with the waiting. They have many different pasta dishes to choose from along with steak and seafood options. The portions are huge and come with soup or salad. You wont go away hungry that’s for sure. The french onion soup came out steaming hot. The tortellini and the Alfredo were so tasty! The chicken parm was huge. They furniture and décor is very dated, but that can be overlooked with how delicious the food is and the friendly servers. These hidden gems are the places to go to get great local food!

I hate to say this since the servers were very nice. The French Onion soup was just oily water. The onions in the salad were not the normal ones you get when you go out. I think the were cooking onions. The spaghetti was ok. But you can tell it had oil and salt in the water when boiled. The dinner itself was actually pretty good. We had Eggplant Parmesan. It was cooked close to perfect. So over all it was average. Definitely not going back though. The funny thing is even though we had water for drinks, our bill came out to the same as when we go to Hyde Park! Everything is Ala Carte over there!

I should have stopped at the other Italian place down the street that had a full parking lot. Ordered the clam linguini which was very soupy.

You want the best food? Small and a little dumpy. Did I mention the food? Home made Italian. Pizza and the usual junk, but the dinners. Open steak sandwich(huge) fettuccine(awesome) good service but changes frequently. Give it a try.
