Is there even a doctor on site ?
My wife and I moved to Lockport 5 years ago and picked this group to be our primary care
In the 5 years my wife and I have been going there we have never once been seen by the doctor, instead it always the NP.

Dr. Michelle Potempa has been my doctor for almost 20 years. Her team of caring professionals makes every visit and every phone call that much easier for me to handle. Dr. Potempa believes that her patients can and should be proactive instead of reactive when it comes to their health and well-​being. She listens to what I say to her and gives honest feedback.
Definitely recommend!!!
