I only came in for some parts, I did have to wait about 4 minutes for someone to look up and see me. They don’t have much for sale there, but did say they could order it for me, I could and did via Amazon at any rate. The person working there had an acceptable knowledge of PC systems so it could be a good place, but like i stated earlier, I didn’t buy anything so it still remains an unknown. If you are looking for parts or peripherals, call first.

If you like being ignored by the employees of this place then take your business there. I couldn’t believe it when I went there to pick up my laptop that was in for repair. I stood at the counter waiting for the girl who was sitting at the desk about 15 feet in full view of the front counter. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and just kept on with her phone conversation. How hard would it have been to say ‘someone will be right with you.’ I understand that she may have been on a call with a customer but that doesn’t mean you ignore other customers. I waited patiently for her to finish up but I ended up walking out in disgust about 2 minutes later. They may do good computer repair work but WOW their customer service really sucks!

Very fast and convenient help with my laptop. It had a slow ssd and bad ac charger and Jamie was a great help solving the issue. Good honest people.

Excellent! Highly recommend! We had our sons computer upgraded last Christmas at JK. I believe the techs name was Chris. He was extremely helpful, and informative. The price was extremely reasonable, and the turnaround time was amazing. We had the computer back in less than 24 hours. Everything that was installed is still performing as good as last year. As it is that time of year again ;) we will be in again sometime next week with a new project!

Jason at JK is who I usually deal with. He is great. Prices are reasonable and he is a big help with probably any tech stuff from installation, set-​up to fixing computers and ordering parts/​equipment.
