Nail Trix

Horrible place. Not clean. People are not friendly. They are too busy doing other things instead of focusing on «you». I waited an hour ½ to get waited on. After I got my nails done, I ended up with a fungus that they tried to blame on another place I went to. You don’t get your own packets with your own buffer in it… they use the municipal one on you, which I was told they use it for a week and then get a new one! That’s a lot of people and germs! I wanted this place to work for me because it was a very convenient location for me, but I will never go there again. It was terrible.

It was ok. The girl doing my pedi was so distracted by the conversations going on that I got a so so pedi. Probly won’t return.

Very clean, great service, and the employees are wonderful! They are very talkative and kind. They have a great selection of Essie polishes too, plus a ton of others. Of all of the nail salons in Lockport, this is by far my favorite!

I absolutely love Nail Trix! I go there for my pedicures and theyre always amazing! I never make an appt and they always start me within a few minutes. The basic pedi is well worth the $ 25!

Never go here if you want to be understood, know how you want your nails, DON’T want to be on the receiving end of a wench that keeps her two children there and gets irritated if you ask questions. There are only 1 ½ English speaking people there. They hardly understand English and then speak amongst themselves like you are not about to pay them four hours of your salary money that you worked for. I will never go here again. I wanted my two cracks repaired and gel polish and a pedicure. That cost 65.00! My nails weren’t shaped the way I requested, they are too square. I was too emotionally exhausted to complain. I learned a 75.00 lesson, and will never go here again. My real nails, which I have worn successfully with gel polish, not gel acrylic that I was forced into are now covered in the stuff and probably ruined unless I soak this crap off, and start anew. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go here unless you want to leave feeling as though you been bent over and mistreated!!!

This is the WORST place EVER!!! I got a gift certificate and when I went to use it, they wouldn’t take it!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go here for anything!!! I totally recommend the place down on Transit South near the bowling alley, they’re awesome — this place is a joke!!!

Meh. So, apparently all the nail shops are closed on Sunday’s. I had found this place in Eastern Hills Mall. Since all the other nail shops are closed, this place was busy. Which I felt took the quality of the pedicure down a notch. My fault for waiting until Sunday to get a foot scrub. Clean. Yes. Friendly. Yes. Worth the $ 35 dollars for the deluxe pedi. No. I think they could have gotten a bit closer with the nail clipping. They left a good bit of paraffin wax on my daughter’s leg. Plus the deluxe was to come with a message, which was barely there.
If you are in a pinch, this place will do. However, skip the deluxe and go with the standard pedi!

As lovely as the girls were that work/​own the salon… I have to say that this was the fastest mani-​pedi I have ever received. Pleasant atmosphere… looked pretty clean… but my service wasn’t great. Maybe I should’ve let her know that I do that for a living as well. I was finished with both a manicure and pedicure in around 50 minutes… for both :(sorry…they look okay… but the bottoms of my feet still feel exactly the same. Disappointed ~
