Old 66 Pizza

I’m not sure if the pizza sat on the box too long but when I went to grab a slice, it stuck to the cardboard and was peeling pieces of the box along with it. I felt that the sauce was way too sweet and the pizza just looked like it had been sitting for a while. The cheese tasted low quality and the pizza overall just did not taste good. I had high hopes for this placed based on other reviews but I did not care for the pizza at all.

The hamburgers are great. Chili is fantastic. Pizza is a bit sweet on the sauce but the owner will accommodate and give you the plain marinara sauce which is delicious absolutely wonderful service.

The sauce was really good, sweet and garlicy. The over all pizza wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything to write home about. I got a small pizza, and I mean small. It was however perfect for just me. But it was greasy. Like bleed through the box my hand was dripping greasy. It may have been too much cheese for such a small pizza or crappy cheese, I don’t know. It turns out I am not a pizza-​ologist. I don’t know art but I know what I like. The price was great and the delivery was fast. I will give them another try and get a bigger pizza and maybe try some of their other offers… or at least I would, if they had sent a menu. Which I asked for. Because they, as of this writing, do not have an online presence and I had to make up my order and hope they had what I wanted. To their credit, they did. So for now its a three but they were good enough to get a second chance.
