Pyramid Custom Cabinets

This company is a JOKE!!! I was given a date that my cabinets would be done and was very excited because they were going to be installed a week early. It’s now 7 weeks from that date and I am still dealing with re-​schedules and «internal problems» of the company. I was finally given a guaranteed final end date and guess what, they still don’t have everything finished. This review is to expose the slow service of Simon and empty promises of Andre, Charissa and even the owner Troy. Do yourself a favor, purchase your cabinets from a company who cares about their customers because I can assure you, Pyramid Custom Cabinets does NOT!!!

As a prior customer, when I recently had water damage, I reached out for a replacement estimate for the damaged cabinets. I also mentioned a shelf was bowing and at least 3 of my doors were all cracking in the same place. Given the fact I had notified them previously about the door situation, I expected some type of arrangement would be made. Instead, I was informed of the full price for the doors and was told the shelves used to be made of particle board so they were known to bow but they use solid wood now so again… full price replacement cost. I emailed the sales rep Simon at least 6 more times attempting to ask other questions… of which he responded to none! Today I stop in to pick up my cracked door I left for inspection. While there I inform the front desk woman how extremely dissatisfied I was with Simon’s service. Her response was «yeah, ok» and a shoulder shrug. How appalling!!! Never again!!! POOR SERVICE!!!

Amazing customer service and pricing isn’t ever an issue. Supports his local business who makes their product on site in their own shop. You aren’t ordering something that’s being shipped from somewhere else far away, made local and its a great small company to work with as a Contractor and home owner.

Please do NOT order any cabinets from this company. Their policy is COD so once you receive these cabinets you are stuck with them. No customer service and/​or courtesy at all!!! I would use a cabinet maker who is more interested in whether or not you are satisfied with them. Also, they make simple cabinetry well but when it comes to a intricate design they can’t do it. Don’t make the mistake I did.
