I had my bike shipped from here and paid for extra insurance. The box arrived really wrecked and the delivery person even had it at my door with the wrong side up! They’re still sandbagging me about repairs, fobbing me off onto UPS’s national shipping people.
It’s been really hard to get compensation and I’m additionally frustrated by the fact that the store manager continues to call me ‘dear’ in the most condescending and sexist tone you could imagine. I’m not your dear, I don’t have antlers. Ugh. Will update review if/​when this is over.
UPDATE: Even though I purchased insurance, I have not and will not be compensated. Don’t go here. Ship FedEx.
