Chick-N-Run

Very disappointed! I was very excited that they served breakfast. We went to call our order in and the lady that answered was rushing my boyfriend to place the order. She was just very rude! When we got our order they left off the sauces and our biscuits were pitiful, flat and tiny! It’s not the first time I’ve had crappy customer service from them though… I used to eat there all the time and the counter people never say thank you or anything and it’s typical for the food not to be right! Won’t be returning to that one!

This place has gone down hill quick. The food is sub par, the portions are inconsistent, and on top of all that the people are just rude. I believe the only reason they are still open is because of its convenient location for the people in this area.

Awesome Philly Cheese Steak! Never had the chicken always got distracted with the Philly.

Living here for 10 years I’ve visited visited this wing establishment in Locust Grove many times sometimes the food is good and sometimes it really stinks. I frequented this place last week and had the smallest wings I had ever been served in any restaurant. The manager/​owner is never any help and does not really care about the crappy food she serves. I guess when all the other restaurants in town make it and she goes bankrupt like her husbands she’ll figure out why!!! Really sucks too I love supporting small businesses! Is this restaurant serves food like the other chicken run’s it would be great but this lady just can’t seem to get it right

I’ve just recently found out through a friend of mine that chicken run now serves breakfast… so I go there not quite sure what to expect and find that they are serving these awesome homemade biscuits with crispy fried bacon or a number of other things of your choice all I can say is you’ve gotta try these to believe it!

This place was a good addition for this section of Locust Grove. They have a drive thru window for already placed pick up orders. The chicken wings are flavorful but small. They have really good fries, good catfish and pretty good chicken fingers. They also have a pretty decent cheese steak sandwich for a chicken place. All in all, if I am in the mood for wings I would hit the Wings and More on Hwy 42. But for other foods, or if the entire family was involved (the wife and kid do not like wings) then Chick-​N-​Run is a solid option.
My only complaint is the 4 – 5 times I picked up orders from here, the staff did not seem to be very friendly. They certainly never thanked me for my order on the phone nor in person. Not even a simple thank you.

I actually have met the owners and they are awesome! This place is all about good food and good service.
