I’m can’t believe we spent $ 8 and change for two bowls of chicken soup and 8 crackers. First they put me on hold and forgot me so we went over there to order. I should have had better sense after the long hold. Each bowl of soup was les than 8oz, way less.

Wow. I can’t really think of one positive from this meal. Service was bad. And by bad — i mean the hostess sat us at a table in which the server had already been cut. When we finally got someone to take care of us, she was mildly friendly and once we got our food, we never saw her again except to drop the check. Food was not as good as at other IHOP locations.

Everything was good we got seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was awesome, really sweet. The raspberry and peach pancakes were really good!

I have been here more than once and each time was terrible, but I kept going back hoping it was just a bad night but now I have learned my lesson. I am a very happy and excepting person and rarely complain but First time I waited to be seated for a good ten minutes and there were no other customers, I looked around and saw the hostess standing in kitchen door flirting with guys in the back and when she saw me she looked irritated that she had customers. I ordered plain pancakes and you could hear load laughing and screaming in the kitchen and when pancakes came out they were so dry and chewy and hard around the edges. I asked if they had been microwaved cause they tasted like frozen or old ones heated up. She said «um I don’t know let me check» I heard them laughing and 10 minutes went by without her coming back out. So I left. Next time a couple months later I ordered a salad it took 45 minutes for 1 garden salad and only 3 other customers. She put the salad on table without one word and walked away. No drink refill, no dressing, so I had to go find her. She told me she already gave me dressing. But clearly didn’t. It needs new management and better training

Ok… I feel a bit confused after reading other ppl experience at this place…
My experience was really good towards amazing. We passed through this town and stopped for breakfast. It is tuesday morning at 9am. The place was kinda empty but more ppl came in in the next half hour. We were seated right away. Our server was Wrency. She was really helpful by getting us food that we like and was no longer on the menu. Also she sang with the radio. She has a really good voice!
Food was 4* out of 5*. I had the classic breakfast crapes and the crapes were too oily. That’s my ONLY complaint.

TERRIBLE.
1. My friend and I walked in and stood at the front counter waiting to be seated, and there was no one there. When someone finally arrived we weren’t greeted or asked «how many?» The hostess didn’t even look at us. She just picked up two menus and began to walk away. She didn’t ask us to follow her or anything, but instinctively we did.
2. We thought things would look up when we had a different waitress. They did not. while the waitress was nice enough to us, the people around us were sending their food back and she was rude to them. One man said «hey, I’m sorry, But I didn’t ask for the toast.» to which she replied «Well, yes you did, but I’ll take it back for you.» and as a person who has worked at multiple restaurants I know that’s not okay.
3. When my food came, the New York style cheesecake pancakes, They were completely raw in the middle. When I say raw, I mean that they were just liquid batter. (which more than likely had raw egg in it!)
Needless to say I will not be eating here again.

Wow, this place has really gone downhill since it originally opened. The food is still somewhat ok, but the service is horrible. In one instance, the hostess sat the people behind me that came in AFTER I did! In several other instances, I would have to wait (and wait) just to get a server to take a drink order. Never mind the time spent waiting to take the rest of the order. If you’re in a hurry or would simply like to finish eating before dying of old age, I suggest going elsewhere.

I have been here once before and had horrible service. I gave them a pass because it was busy and a newly opened restaurant… Today, I ended up leaving because they are completely incompetent. Don’t bother wasting your time at this place!
