Don’t use any company called Jump n Play established in Georgia. They’ll steal your money and it will be a waste of your time. It’s been a year and I still have never been rightfully refunded by this company and have filed many complaints with state bureau depts regarding their fraud.

They were nice enough when making the reservation and paying — but then afterwards … They were a day late picking up the rental. Then after reviewing my PayPal account I realized I had inadvertently paid the invoice twice. I immediately called them — even sent screen shots of the double payment. The person I spoke with confirmed she saw it, and assured me that she would«talk to the person who handles their accounting» and call me back. Needless to say, no return call, no refund, and I have called back probably 7 times — same result. Bad business. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Don’t use them. They showed up late, the hose broke on the water slide, they couldn’t get it to inflate all the way, and then charged my credit card a mysterious $ 325 charge a few weeks later.

Just awful. Do not reserve a moonbounce from this inefficient and shady company. They called just now, morning of original party day, to say their moonbounces were«under repair» and they *might* not make it to our event. The kicker is I called 2 weeks ago to reschedule. Asked to cancell and we were denied a refund. We initially called this company to inquire about availability after seeing deal on groupon and they asked us to reserve directly through them and bypass groupon. Never again!

TERRIBLE. They did NOT show up, as they had promised between«7−11». NOSHOW. Called 42 times… NOANSWER. Then called from a number they did not recognize, SURPRISE… answer! Told them not to worry about coming over at this point. They lady then started yelling at me… I told her we would dispute the charges and hung up. Get this… then they try to call me 10 times… this time… I ignored the phone calls. Guess you know what it feels like now to be screwed over and ignored. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY. THEYWILLSCREWYOUOVERANDTAKEYOURMONEY!!! They don’t even deserve this ONE star they got!!!

I learned about this business through Groupon. When I called them to confirm date availability before purchasing the Groupon, the owner said they’d give me the same deal so I booked directly. The service fee was an additional $ 30 from the Groupon price and with tax the total came to around $ 100 for a 5 hour rental where they dropped off and picked up the rental. I promptly received the contract and signed and returned. There was no confirmation which made me nervous. When I tried calling the day of the party to confirm, the phone number kept going to voicemail and said the mailbox was full. All my concern was unnecessary. They actually showed up 30 mins earlier than planned and the young man was very nice and helpful. They did not pick up the inflatable at the time they said and since it was night by then, we went to bed and saw it was gone in the morning. They were even nice enough to place extra shoes that were near the jumpy and moved it to our front door. We had a good experience and I recommend them.

This company is horrible. I purchased a groupon for my son’s 4th birthday party for a 4 hour rental. As stated in a different customer review, jump n play called at 6:30PM the night before the party stating that they needed to cancel due to ALL of their inflatables having been damaged in a different event. There was little sympathy for this seemingly planned cancellation. Now it is 2 months and 5 calls later, I am still trying to get my $ 40 deposit credited to my account. Thankfully groupon refunded me immediately. In two words, they SUCK!!!

RUINEDMYSON’S BIRTHDAYPARTY. My review, is very similar to the one below. We purchased an «all day» bounce house rental from Groupon(fine print stated 6 hours). We made a reservation about one month in advance to have the bounce house from 11 a.m. — 4 p.m.(because when you actually call and make the reservation it is actually only for a 5 hour rental…) and based on this reservation planned to have the party from 2 — 4 p.m. We signed a contract with the company outlining the above, paid the fee, etc. The day before the party they called and stated that they would have to pick up the bounce house at 3 p.m. I explained how this would not work, as it was clearly during the party. The vendor did offer to bring some sort of basketball game instead; however, since the majority of the party’s guests were about 4 years old we both agreed the basketball game would not work. The vendor refused to refund any part of the fee we paid(in addition to the amount paid for the Groupon). At this point the vendor was becoming rude and nasty with me. I stated that I was going to have to write a bad review about my experience with Jump-N-Play. This is basically when everything spiraled out of control. The vendor REFUSED to come because of this bad review. Instead of implementing some sort of customer service recovery, she openly admitted that they were going to break the contract that we had signed and not come. We ended the call around 11 a.m. and she was going to «talk to the other manager and see what she thought» to confirm that they were not going to come. I did have a missed call around 1 p.m.; however, no voicemail. Finally at 6:30 p.m. we contacted the vendor again to find out their decision. Not only was she again terribly rude to my husband and I, she lied about having«called me twice and leaving a voicemail»(sorry but my cell phone has never had an issue showing that someone called and having voicemails disappear). So at 6:30 p.m.(Friday) before my son’s birthday party Jump-N-Play officially cancelled. At that point it was too late to reserve another bounce house. Thank you, Jump-N-Play, for ruining my son’s birthday. We have reported this company not only to Groupon, but also to the Better Business Bureau. Bottom line, if you actually want any sort of reasonable customer service and to have a bounce house actually show up, do not use this company.
