R Jabbour & Sons Fine Linens

I was ever so lucky enough to have stumbled across Jabbour & Sons via the internet after having a lack luster experience with Fine Linens NYC. While pressed for time, I required high quality bath and bed linens in a hurry, something Fine Linens was not able to accommodate me with (I’d like to mention that Fine Linens insisted on communicating via email only). Luckily, however, not only did I receive high quality linens from this family owned business, the owner, Anita Jabbour, provided me with exceptional customer service. She, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was not only satisfied with my purchase, but knowledgeable about the linens I was purchasing, as well.
I purchased Matouk Cairo hand towels, a Matouk Cairo bath sheet, Matouk Cairo bath towels, and a Matouk Modal baby blanket. I could not be more pleased. From just a simple phone inquiry, Anita was dedicated to making sure that I received the best of the best… and indeed, I did.
I can not thank Anita enough for her care, knowledge, and exceptional customer service. I, without hesitation, recommend Jabbour & Sons to anyone seeking luxury linens and genuine customer service. I can’t wait to do business again soon.
