Alpine mortgage was so amazing! Lance Skirvin walked me through every document and was available any time I needed him! I am very busy but Lance worked around my schedule, he was even willing to meet me or come to my house if I needed him to. Lance and his team treat your home and time as if it was their own and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I will tell everyone I know to call Alpine Mortgage if they ever need a lender. Call today and you will not regret it!

We ran into many careless errors (emails sent to the wrong location, failure to identify needs until close of business, failure to follow up, etc) by the mortgage advisor which added to the closing being extended by more than a week. We didn’t find them proactive at all and only seemed to have action when we continually called to check on status. This is not a company that I would engage in the future for anything.

Rich went above and beyond to help me purchase a house. He made himself available to me at all times. He is very professional and gets it done so to speak.
Right now he’s helping me re-​finance to get a lower interest rate which will save me about $ 100.00 a month payment. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE HIM ! His office staff is also very nice and helpful.
