Well my home owners association started to use this property management company a couple months ago. I was really happy to hear the news, at first. This meant we no longer had to deal with the HOA president who was trying to run it herself with no background on how to manage a property. Well I’m now I’m thinking this was a bad idea. Argus Associates keeps sending us delinquent notices when we send our dues directly to the bank. I mean who writes checks anymore in this day and age with online bill pay. More so who likes to wait for their checks to get cashed weeks later. Anyways, I’ve been trying to contact them to get this resolved &GOODLUCK trying to get someone on the phone. It rings, rings & rings. You’d think with an answering machine they would follow up to your message. Still no response. What a horrible property managment company!!! If it were possible, I’d give them no stars, they don’t even deserve one star, for what? LACKOFSERVICE!
