Not impressed, he came out to my house, took down all the information about my project and promptly decided to never call me back or give me a quote as promised. Would not recommend… He said in Sept that he had to leave town for 5 days and that’s why I got no quote, then said he’d get it done that week I contacted him and nada. No call, no email, nothing in the mailbox. Disappointing…

After having a nightmare of an experience with a tree service to remove a nasty tree from my back yard and ending up with damaged property and an impossible mess in my yard, I was hesitant to hire another professional. After lots of painful searching, I found, called and decided to hire Jim and his crew at Aspen Landscaping.
Here’s what I liked:
— Great communication! Jim actually responds to email. Most companies either don’t have one, or don’t respond.
— The estimate was free, fair, and he took the time to answer my questions/​make suggestions. There was no pressure.
— The two trees I had planted are beautiful. Better quality at an equal or better price than on-​line nurseries, local nurseries and the hardware stores.
— The quality of the clean up from the tree removal met my most hopeful expectations. You have no idea how relieved I am.
— They cleaned up after themselves 100%.
What I didn’t like:
–Nothing. Seriously.
I was really stressed about spending more money after the tree debacle, but the finished product makes me feel good about owning a house again. «Thrilled» is an understatement. Now it’s up to me to not kill my trees. =)
