Good food! Hey its Chipotle!

Portions are inconsistent… staff always seems unorganized. Today I ordered a salad and they gave me about a tablespoon of dressing on the side.

I popped my Chipotle cherry at this very location, and have been back several times since. It is clean, has friendly staff and are quick with your order. I always order a burrito bowl, switching up the protein between steak & chicken. The size and quality of my order has remained consistent over the past year that I have been coming here. I have yet to try their online ordering for pick-​up, but I can see that as being very convenient if I am ever crunched for time during my lunch hour.
The only downfall I could possibly see at this location is parking. The lot is hit or miss as there are other establishments in the area that require parking for an extended period of time. And there is another building being built, which the use of is still unknown.
Other than that, I plan on keeping this location in my «oops I forgot to bring lunch» rotation.

This location is stingy with their portions. That makes me mad. Also, they’re unfriendly! Excusable at work, I guess, but small portions is never forgivable. Won’t be back.

Under-​portioned food is kinda disappointing for a Chipotle franchise. One burrito should fill you up not leave you still hungry. And hey if you’re gonna charge extra for guacamole, at least give me more than a teaspoon sized pinch if it

I’m a regular here. Every Saturday or Sunday I come here after the gym. Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food spots. Consistent and fresh!

Super friendly and speedy service. Very clean facilities, but no baby changing station!

This was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. My wife ordered a couple steak tacos and I ordered a steak burrito. The «steak» in my wife’s tacos was literally the fattest cut of meat I’ve ever seen.
The steak in my burrito was raw. Literally purple raw. That was the ONLY piece of steak in my burrito. The rest were chunks of tough, chewy fat. I eat ribeye and skirt steak. I know what fat taste like on steak. This was horrible.
Not to mention, they rolled my burrito horribly. All of the rice on one end, meat on the button. Luckily, I just threw out the beat end.
I will never return the this chipotle.

When I first scame, the portions were huge. Now the portions are a lot smaller. I come here 2 — 3 times a week and it’s usually packed. Sometimes there’s only 1 person working the food line and 8 people in the back just talking and not helping at all.

Staff is good, food always fresh. I wish they were not as cheap with the meat at times, other then that chipotle is good.

Great location. Fast and friendly staff. Yesterday there was a bit of a line but they got everyone in and out fast and efficiently. They are not sloppy with preparation of food which is nice. I love that a lot of people don’t know about this location making it easy for me to grab my chipotle fix!

Disappointed. The food does not meet the standards of Mexican restaurants I been to and its pricey.
Today I ordered 9 tacos, the meat was cold, the wrappings break and its a mess to eat. The other thing I didnt like is that they didnt mark the food clear so I had to guess and gave the wrong food to to each member of my family.

Great when they first opened, staff was so friendly too. Super fresh and generous portions but now they are totally skimping out. They used to fill the bowls, and past two times (including tonight) the ingredients didnt even cover all the space in the bowl. And the side cups were half full when they used to fill those to the top too with guac and slasa. Tables were all filthy and sticky, garbage all over. Staff seemed less caring and «over it»…gonna try the paramus store next time.

I love this chipotle in specific. Why? Do you know how amazing it feels to walk right up to the counter and order your food? At chipotle? That’s unheard of. That’s why I come here around 1pm on my lunch break. No line. And if there is a line, it’s only 1 – 2 people. That my not be good for chipotle, but it’s great for me. This place is located next to a wawa so if for any reason you want an Italian sub instead of a juicy burrito, it’s all right there for you.
There is one thing, however, that I don’t like. The employees talk like robots. It’s like they’re reading off a note card when they talk to you. That kinda makes me feel uncomfortable. Talk to me like a human !

I work 10 minutes away and have been here 3 times. The food has always tastes great. I usually get the steak burrito. I’m not to happy about them charging extra for a scoop of guacamole. Employees are usually professional for the most part. Plenty of Parking and seating inside.

Nothing negative to say.
This place is just as consistent as any other chipotle.
I havent ever run into a day where this place was super packed.

The guacamole and chips were perfectly fine. The rice bowl unfortunately was not good at all. Some of the chicken was hard and really hard to chew as if they used last night’s leftovers and some pieces were extra soft and almost seemed processed. I won’t return to this location. I enjoy the one at the Garden State Plaza a bit more. Maybe after a few months I will try again to see if it’s any better.

This location is fairly new so just a few observations I made so far…
I placed an order online for pick-​up at 12:45pm. I arrived at exactly my pick-​up time and my order was ready. I believe it’s because not a lot of people know about this place yet. For lunch time, it was empty. Only two patrons sitting down and only two getting their order made.
My meal was fresh and I’m assuming because this place is new with new employees, my protein portion (half/​half chicken and steak) was very generous. Amazing.
Only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because of the individual I dealt with while picking up my order. My total was $ 8.25. I handed him a $ 20 and then a few seconds later told him I had a quarter. He said it was too late to take the quarter… ummmmm, not sure why. Chipotle price their items in $ 0.25 increments to make it easier to not only check-​out but give change. Won’t stop me from enjoying a burrito bowl for lunch though.

Perfect location for a chipotle! Cannot get enough of this place. Staff is super friendly and they get your order made fast. Definitely will be going here a lot!

They just opened last Wednesday next to WaWa gas station. Looks dark from outside but it’s open. Very clean, nice staff. Only complaint is the brown rice was undercooked and had a hard texture especially as it cooled down it became an effort to chew just rice. Please cook it longer, I’d like to return here!
