Called to make my semi-​annual appointment and the receptionist was so rude that I asked to speak to her supervisor. Her «supervisor» was located in a different city so I’m sure that there is no actual supervision going on in the receptionist’s office and therefore she can talk to me in any manner she chooses. Called a different city to speak to the supervisor and to make an appointment (with a doctor’s office that I have been going to for over ten years) and of course the «supervisor» was unavailable. No response since calling and it’s been four days! I guess that I am simply not very important.

Please be careful dealing with the department that orders the glasses. They ordered the wrong frame and would not make it right. I am out $ 300+ and stuck with glasses I don’t want or like. Their position was they were not going to be out any money to make things right. They expected my insurance or me to pay FOR THEIR ERROR. I am never going back.

The doctors are great but the wait is ridiculous! Average wait is an hour+. They overbook. In the first hour, 20 people have an appointment to see the doctor. It’s frustrating. When you ask when you will be seen, you don’t get a straight forward answer. The front office seems to be on overload and patients are frustrated. There needs to be a change.
