Terribly run business! Bought a used Game and two used Xbox controllers. Called back and hour later because I realize these were way overpriced and was only offered store credit… Literally an hour later! They could’ve at least offered a close price match .Will never buy from them again– and I hope everybody in Lodi never shops there either

I attempted to trade in an XBox 360, ps2, Full guitar hero set up, dance pads controllers, a Nintendo Wii, all in perfect condition with 50 games. I was offered 40 bucks. I understand that they have to re sell but it was insulting.

Great store to shop to go to! Love the sales team! The indian guy is the nicest, i love his customer service. They try their best to do everything for you sometimes they even go over the top which is outstanding. I see a hateful comment about the store and maybe they did make a mistake, but hey we are all human beings were not perfect. we make mistakes and too bash on a store like this isnt cool. People have bad experiences at stores all the time but it doesnt give you the right to be a total jerk. This is just a local business and they really try their best to work with you. Bought a PS4 and Alot of games and will continue too in the future. A daily shop for me! Love it! Would write more but this summarizes it enough.
