I would never take my clothes there. Theory ruined two of my dresses. They won’t give me anything for the new dresses that I had to buy new ones. The tags said dry clean and now the cleaners are saying I should not have dry cleaned them. They should have called me and said they would not dry clean but no they cleaned them and now I’m out money. Do not take your clothes there.

well I went to this place for the first time today I got to say they have outstanding service, but when I went inside it was hotter than it was outside. I felt sorry for the girls see them drip sweat. When I asked one of the girls why didn’t they turn on the Air conditioning she said «we’re fine.» Those are hard workers in my eyes, I just hope their employer takes better care of his or hers employees. Especially when it’s hotter then 100 degrees. Sorry I just had to share.

I’m changing my review to reflect only that the new owner has reached out to me and apologized for my past experience in a respectful and rational manner. I have since found a dry cleaners that I’m very happy with but if in the future, I need a change, I will give these guys a try.

By Unilocalmail, I have been in contact with the new owner of Guild Cleaners, and I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with his concern for customer service. Although I am pleased with my replacement cleaners and will not change at this time, I would endorse the new GC to anyone seeking an establishment whose manager seems genuinely involved with his customers… Best of luck to Sam and his crew…

Their ad says «We cheerfully offer same day service» but when we called they couldn’t! Lot’s of excuses, but couldn’t do what they advertised!

I was forced to find a new dry cleaners after Parkwoods Cleaners in Stockton kept losing my clothes. I chose Guild Cleaners because it’s right down the street from where I work. So far, I’m not too impressed. I had to re-​iron all my pants when I got home and I was pissed because I hate ironing! I will give them another chance but they better get their shit together because I’m sick of wasting money on crappy dry cleaning service!!!
